• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the investment property market across commercial, industrial, hospitality and other asset classes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, developers, family offices, private equity firms, corporate organizations, and other key market participants.

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Master's degree or professional real estate certification would be an advantage.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales, investment sales, property consultancy, capital markets, or business development.
• Strong business development and negotiation skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Experience working with commercial, industrial, hospitality, land, or mixed-use properties is preferred.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and sales activities.
• Experience in investment advisory, transaction support, or real estate consulting would be advantageous.
• Understand client investment objectives and provide suitable property investment opportunities and strategic advice.
• Monitor investment transactions, pricing trends, market activity, and emerging opportunities across various asset classes.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence to support investment recommendations and business development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate client records, property databases, transaction pipelines, and sales activity reports.
• Assist with preparing investment sale documentation, marketing collateral, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), letters of intent (LOIs), and transaction-related materials.
• Ensure all transactions are properly documented and conducted in compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver a high standard of professional service to clients.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

• License holders of IC Complex, IP, or fund manager license. CFA will be a plus.
• Experiences in fostering relationships with HNW/UHNW clients and in-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and economic trends.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to interpret complex financial data, along with excellent interpersonal, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
