• End-to-End Volume Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle for direct labor roles (production operators, assembly line workers, warehouse staff, and technicians) from manpower requisition to day-one onboarding.
• Strategic Sourcing: Utilize and manage local recruitment channels effectively, including JobThai, JobsDB, targeted Facebook job groups, LINE OpenChats, local community notice boards, and provincial job fairs.
• Candidate Screening & Selection: Conduct high-volume applicant screening, organize walk-in interview days, and perform basic assessments to ensure candidates meet physical, availability, and operational requirements.
• Data & Metrics Management: Track hiring progress, maintain candidate databases, and report on key recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate, and early attrition trends.
• Knowledge/Skills/Competencies.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 - 5 years of recruitment experience, specifically focused on mass hiring or volume recruitment for the manufacturing, electronics or related industries. * 100 Headcounts / month is base line.
