• Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
• Strong interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and the career consultancy landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Language Proficiency.
• Thai (Native or Bilingual Proficiency).
