About the Role

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant Intern to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to dive into the recruitment process, using advanced sourcing techniques to find and engage top talent for leading startups and tech firms. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Use advanced sourcing techniques to find candidates across platforms and networks

Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates

Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates

Qualifications

Strong interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and the career consultancy landscape

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Language Proficiency

Thai (Native or Bilingual Proficiency)

English (Working Proficiency)
