• MBA or BBA (with experience Learning & Development, or related fields is a plus.
• Strong expertise and experience in Learning Solution & Learning Product Development.
• Highly proficient in both Thai and English (minimum TOEIC > 900 required, or equivalent test).
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Works closely with Head of Business Unit to establish each product s business value and support messaging, communication and customer outreach as necessary.
• Define project scope, timelines, resource allocation and work onsite with the team on a daily basis.
• Set ambitious and clear vision / actionable item and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team, and the rest of the unit.
• Accountable for product specific KPIs once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders.
• Maintain and refine a prioritized product backlog based on business value.
• Facilitates release planning with stakeholders as well as Bi-weekly demos.
• Integrates usability studies and research into requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in an IT Manager, Senior IT Manager, or other related leadership positions.
• Strong leader, collaborator, team player, and individual contributor.
• Familiar with Enterprise Business.
• Super logical thinking with platform creation, development process, product design and backlog prioritization.
• Strongly communication skill for what's matter, why and why not to team members and stakeholders.
