• Lead design with strong mastery of your craft:
• Bring UX Thought Leadership and build key partnerships with Product, Business and Engineering stakeholders. Have the entrepreneurial spirit to rally people and orchestrate efforts towards a common goal.
• Navigate amorphous corporate environments across multiple lines of accountabilities. Not afraid to push back on decisions and make difficult trade-offs when faced with conflicting or divergent objectives.
• Hands-on; from service design to product and interaction design, going from abstract journeys and information architecture diagrams, to pixel perfect production-ready assets using Scrum/Agile management processes.
