- Working closely with key stakeholders to understand the business problem and recommend the proper metric to deliver actionable dashboards.
- Design and develop data models to support self-service analytics and data visualization.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to present the data in the most precise and easy to interpret.
- Support for ad hoc reports based on stakeholder requests to address specific business needs.
- Working closely with data analyst and data scientist to select targeted audience and create deep post campaign analysis to drive marketing campaign with ROI.
- Manage system upgrades, data migrations, and integrations with other platforms.
- Supervise and mentor the MIS team; provide training, direction, and performance reviews.
- Monitor KPIs for MIS performance and data accuracy.
- Bachelors master's degree in MIS, IT, Data Management, Computer Science or related field.
- 5 7 years+ in end-to-end dashboard automation project.
- Experience in the retail/e-commerce industry is a plus.
- Proven experience building actionable dashboards at scale.
- Knowledge of data modeling concepts and ETL processes.
