• Coordinate with designers and project consultants to ensure product compatibility.
• Assist clients with shop drawings, door schedules, and specification documents.
• Project Management Support.
• Follow projects from specification through installation.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, deliveries and installation timelines.
• Monitor project timelines and resolve technical issues.
• Support installation teams with technical guidance when required.
• Customer Relationship Management.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Provide after-sales support and address customer concerns.
• Build long-term partnerships with key accounts.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 2 - 5 years of sales experience in architectural products, luxury interiors, building materials, or premium furniture.
• Experience working with architects and interior designers is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of luxury interior products is an advantage.

• Understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
• Knowledge of door hardware, door specifications, and installation processes.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD is a must.
