• We are looking for a data-driven Product Performance & Monitoring Specialist to be the guardian of our product's health and user experience. You will be responsible for building the infrastructure that tracks how our product performs - both technically and commercially. Your mission is to transform raw data into actionable insights that prevent churn, optimize the user funnel, and ensure our features are delivering maximum value.
• Detailed Description.
• Dashboard Ownership: Design, build, and maintain real-time performance dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
• Anomaly Detection: Monitor daily product health and proactively alert the team to significant shifts in user behavior or system performance.
• Funnel Optimization: Analyze the user journey to identify friction points. You will explain why users drop off and suggest data-backed UX improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the liaison between Engineering (monitoring system uptime/latency) and Product Management (monitoring feature adoption).
• Impact Assessment: Conduct post-launch analysis for every new feature to measure success against original KPIs.
• Data Integrity: Work with engineers to ensure event tracking (segmentation, telemetry) is accurately implemented.
