• Perform batch name screening (Maker L1) against sanctions lists and watchlists.
• Review screening results and identify potential matches (alerts/hits).
• Conduct initial assessment to classify True Hit vs False Hit based on defined criteria.
• Prepare clear investigation notes and rationale for each case.
• Escalate cases to Checker (L2) with complete supporting information.
• Ensure all cases are processed within defined SLA timelines and productivity targets.
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit trail for compliance and QA review.
• Support query handling / rework for cases flagged by QA or Checker.
• Monitor batch screening outputs and support daily workload tracking.
• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialits (CAMS) or AML-related certification or Internal AML and Compliance trainings.
• At least 3 years of experience in AML Name Screening / Sanctions Screening / Know Your Customer (KYC) / Customer Due Diligence (CDD).
• Experience working under maker-checker model and exposure to QA feedback / audit / regulatory review is advantage.
• Excellence command in Thai and English.
