• Oversee daily accounting and financial operations with accuracy and discipline.
• Review and validate bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations and all general ledger balances.
• Prepare trial balance and monthly financial statements in accordance with corporate and statutory standards.
• Analyze monthly results and provide insightful financial commentary to management.
• Establish and monitor reporting timelines to ensure punctual month-end closing.
• Safeguard financial controls and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• QualificationsMinimum 1-2 years experience as Assistant Director of Finance & Administration or Financial Controller in a boutique or mid-scale hotel environment.
• Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated leadership presence with strong collaboration and team orientation.
• High level of integrity, analytical rigor, and attention to detail.
