- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans for key brands across Thailand and Japan.
- Drive successful brand launches and growth initiatives for brands such as Simple, Snuggle, Vaseline, Close Up, Fluocaril, and other Unilever International brands.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, shopper marketing programs, brand activations, and POSM initiatives.
- Partner with creative, media, and activation agencies to develop compelling local marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize activities based on performance insights.
- Collaborate with global and regional cross-functional teams to successfully launch new products and innovations.
- Business Growth & Performance Management.
- Partner closely with the Marketing Head and Business Development Managers to deliver revenue, penetration, and market share objectives.
- Support the development and execution of Annual Marketing Plans.
- Prepare business reviews, presentations, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Identify new brand and category opportunities through consumer insights, market analysis, and commercial evaluation.
- Develop innovation roadmaps and marketing calendars to support distributor and retailer joint business planning.
- Manage and track Brand Marketing Investment (BMI) budgets to ensure efficient allocation and ROI.
- Stakeholder Management.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and agency partners.
- Collaborate with distributor marketing teams to ensure effective local execution.
- Share best practices, market insights, and successful campaigns across the wider marketing organization.
- Work closely with teams across Marketing, Business Development, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum.
- 6-8 years of marketing experience., preferably within a leading FMCG or Consumer Goods organization.
- Proven experience managing brands and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Strong understanding of brand building, consumer marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and shopper marketing.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, market share gains, and brand penetration.
- Experience supporting product launches, innovation pipelines, and new market development.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communication, presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Qualifications.
- Experience working across multiple markets or within regional/global marketing teams.
- Exposure to distributor-led business models and retail partnerships.
