- Proficiently handle data analytics tools for managing VOC report.

- Have strong knowledge and experience in Business Intelligent tools i.e., Power BI, SQL, Big Data, Big Query.
- Have good knowledge in coding e.g., Python, Big Query, Cloud Database will be advantaged.
- Good problem solving and decision making skills with ability to work under startup culture with can-do.

- To conduct radio network optimization, undertaking coverage and interference improvement and analysis for GSM and WCDMA network.
- To use various tools to perform, analyze, troubleshoot, identify and provide solutions or suggestion on RF optimization from statistic performance and drive test.
