• Analyze technology landscapes and conduct competitive intelligence (including patent mapping & analysis) to identify new business opportunities and technological trends. (Technology field: AI, Digital, Advanced materials, etc.).
• Design and implement Innovation & IP protection strategies for key business assets. Collaborate with Business, R&D, and legal teams to capture inventions and manage the existing innovation portfolio.
• Evaluate and support technology commercialization initiatives, focusing on licensing-out opportunities, IP sales, and strategic value creation.
• Support Open Innovation initiatives by supporting technology analysis and IP due diligence for technology business investments, M&A, Joint Ventures, and external partnerships.
• Support the team in executing new initiatives to enhance innovation management processes and explore global benchmarks to improve innovation & IP management platforms.
• Masters or Bachelors Degree in Science, Engineering, Digital & Technology, or related fields (New graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome).
• Strong interest or background knowledge in emerging technologies (e.g., AI technology, Advanced Materials, etc.).
• Experience or strong interest in Technology Management, Innovation Strategy, or Business Development.
• Solid project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• oversees the legal affairs, functioning as a counsel in any matter in relation to legal and regulatory risk. The position ensures that the Company is under the legal best practice including but not limited to advisory, drafting service, contract and license management, litigation management, IP management and company secretary. The position ensures that all regulatory risks have been identified and appropriate mitigated.
• Handle legal matters, risk management, business operation and projects.
• Review, draft and negotiate all legal documents related to business or strategic matters and projects including contract management.
• Conduct the company secretary including but not limited to board of director meeting and shareholder meeting including filing application to the relevant authorities as required from time to time;.
• Responsible for license, Intellectual property and liability insurance management;.
• Conduct the relevant training in relation to legal and regulatory risk;.
• Develop, implement and follow up legal policies, SOP and guidelines.
• Identify, manage and mitigate legal risk with a focus on commercial transaction.
