Primary responsibility

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating domestic and international contracts and other legal documents in Thai and English

• Providing legal advice in relation to the Company's business operations in the Asia region

• Promotion of Compliance activity including Antitrust (Competition Law) Compliance

Secondary Responsibility

• Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) registration and consultation in the Asia region, including trademarks and patents (primarily trademarks)

• Promotion of Compliance activity including Export Control Compliance

Qualifications:

Must

• Bachelor's degree in Law

• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in legal work, and international commercial transactions

• Expertise in IPR‑related work, including trademarks and patents (primarily trademarks)

• Good command of English, with a minimum TOEIC score of 650

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365

Nice to have

• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

• Good knowledge of domestic and international trade and commercial business

• Strong analytical, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills

• High accountability and ability to work under deadlines
