- The role is a part of Agoda's Legal Team with the responsibility to manage of Agoda's global subsidiaries from a corporate governance perspective. This includes entity compliance, assisting with board meetings, managing subsidiary entities' governance and intra-group re-organisations and rationalisation of legal entities.
