• Understand Syngenta Global P&S framework and standard costing process, work closely with stakeholders to lead annual standard costing and Budgeting process to review cost movement drivers and factor cost saving initiatives to meet Regional budget guidance. • Understand high level Commercial strategy and progress to reflect financial implications for P&S and CPD and take necessary mitigation actions.
