• Conduct Gemba walks to analyze and address stamping and body assembly quality issues using problem-solving methods and quality control (QC) tools.
• Ensure accuracy in body dimensions and production processes for new model development.
• Interpret and create 3D drawings to facilitate design changes and improvements.
• Enhance production processes to boost efficiency and quality in body assembly.
• Investigate defects and implement solutions to achieve quality targets (DPHU).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFT) with R&D, production, and automotive suppliers to meet project objectives.
• Track data and report key quality information and findings to cross-functional teams (CFT) and management.
• Provide technical support to the production team to maintain high standards in body assembly.
• Engage in continuous improvement (Kaizen) activities for body assembly.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental regulations in all tasks.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in using QC tools.
• QC Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with QC tools such as Fishbone diagrams, Pareto charts, 5 Whys, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), root cause analysis.
• Proficient in reading and creating 3D drawings using AutoCAD, CATIA, or similar software.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
• Able to communicate, discuss, and present in English (TOEIC score of 550 or higher).
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills to support the team when needed.
• Strong collaboration / teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with various departments.
• Logical thinking, analytical skills, problem solving skills & decision making, proactive approach to challenges and learn new things.

• Lead and harmonize QFS system and best practices deployment for all ICF PEP site (COSO).
• Develop, deployment and sustain the Quality and Food Safety (QFS) Systems for all co-manufacturing (Coman) or 3PM in ICF (Indochina Foods) per PEP 3PM standard requirement and AOP deployment plan.
• Responsibilities:Support local QC team to deliver business growth on key projects implementation per AOP plan such as new green field, new line installation, new produc ...
• Support Digitization Road Map in all COSO site and leverage best practices either from Sector to plant or plant to plant level to ensure the maximize effectiveness of system.
• Lead and harmonize QFS system, SSOP, operational practices, best practices or else to ensure the maximize efficiency and effectiveness being deployed and standardize among ICF PEP COSO site.
• Collaboration and support local QC team on key productivities and PEP+ agenda to meet target per AOP plan as well as compliance with QFS standard thru training or providing the validation/verification guideline and connect with Sector level to bring support to the local team.
• Develop the new Coman for capacity expansion for existing product to get facility approval, line qualification to meet 3PM standard requirement.
• Cowork with FSQA and R&D and seamlessly transfer Coman for new product and incubator product since line qualification stage thru out commercial run.
• Deliver Coman s key QFS KPI to meet PEP standard requirement and achieve AOP target as plan.
• Deploy FS mandate program including deliver training, conduct gap assessment, CAPA follow up and verification for all Coman and new GF plant to ensure program deployment per AOP or standard timeline; AIB audit, PEM, Allergen, IPM, Sanitation including any other program that may add on in the future per PEP policy.
• Deliver training, monitoring and sustain to ensure all Coman and new GF plant compliance with 7 FS minimum mandate; Validated Pathogen Inactivation Step, FM Controls, SIP, PEM, Allergen, Regulatory Inspection, and Untreated Nuts and Seeds.
• Cowork with SC Coman and GP on contract/MOU to provide and review QFS engagement part into the contract.
• Take care product quality of all coman product including consumer complaint feedback, CAPA follow up and trend analysis.
• Take care import/export product in term of consumer complaints and ensure availability of importing product s COA for non-ICF product in every incoming lot. Support Commercial team to issue COA for exporting product for non-ICF product.
• Cowork with SQA and local QC team to drive the material quality consistency thru supplier CAPA follow up of the key materials or common materials being use among ICF site.
• Qualifications:Bachelor of Quality Control or any related Science subject. Postgraduate qualification preferable.
• Have technical knowledge of QC in FMCG/Related fields.
• 10+ year experience in QC or related field.
• Language skills- English and Thai.
• Experienced in leading a large multi-disciplined team.
• Proven ability to communicate & influence at all levels.
• Strong decision-making ability to make the right, balanced business decisions to meet future business needs.
