- วิเคราะห์ปริมาณสินค้าคงคลัง พร้อมทั้งคำนวณค่า Replenishment Parameter ให้เพียงพอและเหมาะสม.
- ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ และการกำหนดความเหมาะสมของ ค่า Parameter ของสินค้า, การ Run RPL ตามระบบ, Lead Time ของการสั่งซื้อ, Target Stock Coverage Day.
- บริหารสินค้าคงคลัง เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้สินค้าขาดสต๊อก (Out of Stock: OOS) และบริหารจำนวนวันของการเก็บสินค้าเพื่อให้เพียงพอต่อการขาย (Stock Cover Days), สินค้า Non-Move, สินค้า Over Stock.
- วางแผนการสั่งซื้อในช่วงต่าง ๆ ของการขาย (สินค้า New & Delete, สินค้า Promotion).
- วางแผนการสั่งซื้อล่วงหน้า (Plan Order) ร่วมกับ Buyer และ Vendor ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง คือ Merchandiser, POS, Vendor และ DC เพื่อวางแผนการสั่งซื้อสินค้าเข้า.
- จัดทำรายงาน สินค้า slow move, non-move และสินค้า Overstock และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานข้างเคียง เพื่อหา action plan ที่เหมาะสม.
- เร่งติดตามคำสั่งซื้อร่วมกับหน่วยงาน POS กรณีสินค้าขาดสต็อกหรือสินค้าที่จะส่งผลกระทบต่อระดับสต็อกหากไม่เข้าตรงตามกำหนด.
- วิเคราะห์รายการสินค้า เพื่อพิจารณาความเหมาะสมในการจัดเก็บสต็อก (Assortment).
- Qualificationจบการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขา Business Administration, Logistic, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง (GPA 2.70 ขึ้นไปในระดับปริญญาตรี และ GPA 3.30 ขึ้นไปในระดับปริญญาโท).
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี TOEIC 550 ขึ้นไป หรือระดับภาษาอังกฤษ Level B1 ขึ้นไป (หากไม่มีคะแนนภาษาสามารถดำเนินการสอบภายหลังได้).
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 1 ปีขึ้นไป ในสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Inventory Control, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain, Logistic, Warehouse Management.
- มีความเข้าใจด้าน Supply Chain / Inventory: เข้าใจระบบ Supply Chain และรู้เรื่อง Lead Time.
- การใช้เครื่องมือและระบบ (Tools & Systems) เช่น Inventory system, Excel, BI Tools เป็นต้น.
