• Work closely with the Brand Core Team to conceptualize exceptional campaigns from start to finish, while ensuring all messaging is clearly given to Pomelo customers.
• Collaborate with the Campaign and Visual Design Team to develop captivating and interesting campaign copy; while optimizing marketing campaigns and assets.
• Establish and consistently maintain Pomelo's brand voice to be current, engaging, and incorporating recent trends from each market into content.
• Keep our marketing emails, social media accounts, retail, and website up to date with error-free, fresh, and informative content that ensures customers will come back for more.
• Contribute to the development of editorial content for social media posts.
• Create copy for day to day posts on Facebook, Instagram, and all other social media platforms.
• Get up close and personal with all products to write product names and descriptions for each style.
• Collaborate closely with the Visual Design Team to create inspirational, original copies to be used in all branding and marketing assets.
• Work closely with the Retail Team to come up with retail store designs, signages, and concisely communicate promotions/sales.
• Guarantee that the copy and messaging across all markets are consistent and stay true to Pomelo's tone of voice.

• Lead content ideation sessions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to generate innovative ideas and concepts.

• Bachelor s Degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in content writing, with a focus on the crypto currency or fintech industry.
• Proven track record of creating compelling content that drives engagement and supports business objectives.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for storytelling.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO best practices, and social media management.
• Proficiency in both English and Thai languages.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve common goals.

• Introducing new ideas and concepts for Video Content.
• Work with Writer, Graphic designer and Editor to ensure the quality of the video content.
• Organizing shooting and production schedules.
• Approving major production changes.
• Managing the pre and post-production process including music selection, editing and special effects.
• Meeting with other managing team members, such as video edior.
• Creating storyline and outlining the shooting board for further production.
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Film, Production, or a related field.
• At least 3 years experience or more in multi-media production, YouTube, Podcast.
• Knowledge in storytelling and understanding the production and post-production process i.e. pre-production planning, storyboarding etc.
• Attention to details,able to work on schedule, and under pressing timeline.
• Logical thinking, interpersonal skillsand problem-solving skills confidently.
