• Work with management to prioritize business strategies and information needs.
• Design analysis report to track and monitor performance and validate Accuracy of Data.
• Provide sales, marketing, product, and customer analysis toward marketing calendar / business situation / campaign performance in various business measurements combining with consumers research for supporting business strategy.
• Understand, interpret data and provide business insight in order to support management to develop strategy / plan to support new business opportunity.
• Identifies data patterns & trends, and provides insights to enhance business decision making capability in business planning, process improvement, solution assessment etc.
• Recommends actions for future developments & strategic business opportunities, as well as enhancements to operational policies.
• Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies, and communicate clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders all findings.
• Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities.
• Leverage analytics and data science teams for actionable insights, algorithms, test designs and model validation.
• Present insights to executive leaders/ business partners to drive strategic improvement and support key business decisions.
• Educate cross-functional parties and build awareness on how to interpret the data and analytics to drive decision making that will move the business forward.

• Business Strategy:
• Align business strategy with product vision, value proposition, and roadmap - product portfolio includes but
• not limits to Big C PLUS App, Ecommerce platform, Staff platform, Operations portal, etc.
• Collaborate with business units to prioritize new features and functions that drive returns.
• Evaluate the financial viability of proposed product initiatives by conducting cost-benefit analyses,
• considering development costs, operational expenses, and potential revenue.
• Conduct ongoing research on online and omnichannel consumer behaviors, including competitor analysis.
• Continuously enhance functions, features, and user experience across customer segments.
• Monitor metrics post-launch to evaluate benefits against target.
• Business Requirements and Development:
• Draft high-level business flows and detailed logic for management sign-off.
• Oversee and provide guidance for the detailed flows and requirements done by product managers.
• Ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Project Management:
• Lead end-to-end project delivery for new functions, features, and services.
• Coordinate with different product managers for a seamless customer experience.
• Resolve operational, legal, and compliance issues across functions (e.g., Store Operations, Tax, Accounting,
• Legal).
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Merchandise) and external.
• Present project updates and proposals to management and stakeholders..
• Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, MBA, or related
• fields.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI, or SCRUM are advantageous.
• Experience: 9+ working experience in e-commerce, retail, or related industries within sales & marketing,
• business development or product management. * Business/ Commercial background is welcomed!

• Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain processes.

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Supply Chain, Engineering or related fields.
• Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies.
• Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550).
• Good analytical logic, good communication, problem solving skill, strong organization, able to work under pressure and in detail.
