• The experience we're looking for.
• Minimum holds a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Industrial Engineering, or other related. Master's degree will be an advantage.
• Having at least 5 years of experience in relevant industry with 3 years of experience in managerial position.
• Demonstrable Manufacturing process understanding and proficiency; experience with IT&D Operating Model along-side Industrial Automation and Industry 4.0.

• Must be a proactive self-starter: able to network, learn and take decisions independently; able to clarify and document unclear situations, set standards and drive out uncertainty.
• Attitude and aptitude to thrive in a fast-moving, demanding, dynamic and ambiguous environment, with the personal integrity to make positive change and continuously look for improvement opportunities.
• Achievement focused and able to work in a direct and often pressurized environment.
• Able to communicate well, listen to others' opinion, and being able to adapt to a different range of communication style.
• Able to identify and assess work related issues and coordinate with his/her direct superior in providing solution(s).
• Have a strong business acumen.
• English literate (reading, written, spoken).
• Willing to travel among sites in Thailand.
