- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Thai language proficiency is advantageous.
- Demonstrated interest in learning and development, training, or human resources.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with learning management systems is a plus.
