- Support local leadership and the SEA Head of Marketing in executing media and communications strategies, including editorial planning and media engagement across priority channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with local Thai media and regional/international media based in Thailand.
- Identify relevant events and conferences in Thailand and SEA for spokesperson participation.
- Identify industry organizations and partnership opportunities for co-branded initiatives.
- Provide marketing counsel aligned with business priorities.
- Develop and manage targeted client engagements that highlight BCG s expertise.
- Lead end-to-end event and webinar execution, including planning, delivery, and follow-up.
- Develop and coordinate high-quality print and digital communications (direct mail, web, brochures, etc.) for clients and public distribution.
- Draft and edit op-eds, articles, publications, social media posts, and other marketing materials as required.
- Liaise with translators and review English-to-Thai translated materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with business standards.
- Draft and distribute a quarterly Bangkok-focused marketing newsletter in collaboration with local leadership.
- Coordinate with AP Marketing and global practice area teams to amplify SEA initiatives internally.
- Provide direction and guidance to marketing administrators and executive assistants supporting marketing events.

- 3-5 years of experience in communications and marketing (in-house or agency).
- Strong understanding of traditional and digital media landscapes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize and present information clearly.
- Professional judgment, stakeholder management capability, and strong consensus-building skills.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of Thailand s business and media landscape.

- Provide first-level support to personnel regarding basic connectivity, hardware, and software issues, including Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs), Zoom, and printing.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of official laptops (Windows and macOS) for staff, ensuring they adhere to the "standard configuration" which includes installing Google Credential Provider for Windows (GCPW) and the Endpoint Verification extension.

- B. ICT Asset Management Support.
- Assist the ICT Focal Point in maintaining an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all ICT devices (laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile phones) and ensure they are correctly tagged.
- Support the device disposal process by assisting with data sanitization (secure erasure of data) of end-of-life devices before they are recycled or disposed of, ensuring compliance with environmental and security standards.
- Assist in organizing secure storage for ICT equipment and accessories.
- Assist with the installation and basic configuration of office connectivity and collaboration infrastructure equipment, including meeting room and workspace systems.
- C. Application and Data Maintenance.
- Assist the Directory Focal Point in verifying that office directory data is accurate, including phone numbers and office location details.

- Assist users with basic navigation and usage of corporate applications such as Quantum (ERP) and DocuSign/Google E-Signature.
- D. Information Security and Compliance.
- Assist in promoting information security awareness among personnel.
- Verify that office devices have required security measures active, such as Checkpoint Endpoint Security and automatic OS updates.
- Help ensure that users are aware of the guidelines regarding Generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini), specifically the prohibition on uploading confidential or strictly confidential data to public AI platforms.
- Operational Restrictions & Compliance.
- Data Security: The intern must not share passwords, must use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and must safeguard all UNFPA data.

- Applicants to UNFPA s internship programme must at the time of application meet one of the following requirements in the field of Bachelor s or Master s program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Be enrolled in a first university degree programme (such as bachelor s degree or equivalent) and have completed one full academic year;.
- Be enrolled in a postgraduate degree programme (such as master s programme or higher);.
- Have recently graduated with a university degree as defined above and, if selected, must start the internship within one-year of graduation; or.

- Interns do not receive a salary or any other form of remuneration from UNFPA. The costs associated with an intern's participation in the programme must be assumed either by the nominating institution, which may provide the required financial assistance to its students, or by the students themselves, who will have to meet living expenses as well as make their own arrangements for accommodation, travel and other requirements. However, they receive a stipend to help cover basic daily expenses related to the internship, if not financially supported by any institution or programme, such as a university, government, foundation, or scholarship programme. The stipend is based on the intern s agreed place of work, which may be different from the duty station of the hiring office in cases of remote arrangements.
