• Generating fresh design conceptualise, create, design, visualise graphic content for social media, mockup, pitching project (design part) and other social/digital communication platforms.
• Work efficiently on a number of different clients within the working days and coordinate with graphic teams colleagues to ensure cohesive and effective design.
• Oversee a selection of clients and act as brand guardian and final design off for these clients to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Provide support and guidance to the junior members of the design team.
• Maintain quality control of own work.
• Help translate complex ideas into elegant, intuitive designs.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
• Communicate with teams staffs about layout and design.
• Review final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
• Time Management: Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure.
• Bachelor s degree, or higher, in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in graphic design work, with at
• least 3 years spent working in an advertising agency.
• Have experience in pitching projects in an advertising agency for at least 5 campaigns.
• Advertising Understanding: Apply knowledge of advertising and marketing, production, corporate identity, advertising, and multimedia design to all projects.
• Knows their knowledge and tools (Adobe CS package (Photoshop, Illustrator, bonus+: Dimension, InDesign, After Effect, Figma), Typography, Color Theory, Layout).
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Attention to detail and enthusiasm for pixel-perfect work.
• Desire to learn and grow, positive and pro-active approach!.
• Feels strongly about putting out the best work possible.
• Unafraid to try - and fail, possessing a nothing is impossible spirit.
• Relentlessly energetic and positive, up for any challenge.

• Provide design ideas and support for a variety of promotional materials, including signage, advertisements, and web graphics.
• Help and support establish an iconic and unparalleled brand voice and personality that is uniquely WorkVenture.
• Manage graphic design projects focused on informative expressions of the WorkVenture brand across a range of media and touch-points.
• Support the broader design team to comply on branding standards and guidelines.
• Perform any other related duties or special projects as directed.
• Age not over 25 years old.
• Study or recently graduated with Degree in Fine and Applied Arts/Architecture/Communication Arts.
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
• Passion for layout, color and typography.

• ออกแบบ สร้างแบบ และปรับปรุงงานด้านกราฟฟิคดีไซน์ สำหรับงาน Event / Roadshow / Exhibition ที่ทันสมัย สร้างสรรค์ และเหมาะสมให้กับลูกค้าทั้งที่อยู่ในไทยและต่างประเทศ และพร้อมที่จะเข้าใจความต้องการหรือฟีดแบคที่ลูกค้าเสนอมาได้.
• ออกแบบงานกราฟฟิคให้กับเว็บไซต์ที่ใช้บนคอมพิวเตอร์ แทบเล็ต และมือถือ.
• ออกแบบสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์งาน POSM และ งาน Printing สำหรับ Event ทั้งสื่อออนไลน์ และ ออฟไลน์.
• ออกแบบและ ปิด Artwork สิ่งพิมพ์ทั้งขนาดเล็กและขนาดใหญ่.
• ประสานงานการทำงานกับผู้ร่วมงานทุกคนในโครงการโดยเฉพาะ Creative และ Producer.
• สามารถรับงานได้หลากหลายและทำให้เสร็จภายในเวลาที่โปรเจคนั้นกำหนด.
• เชี่ยวชาญการใช้โปรแกรมหรือเครื่องมือในการออกแบบกราฟฟิค ไม่ว่าจะเป็น Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator รวมถึงทักษะด้าน typography, interactive/web design, conceptual, and communication design.
• มีความรับผิดชอบในหน้าที่การงานสูง.
• มีความคิดริเริ่ม สร้างสรรค์ สร้างแนวคิดแปลกใหม่ เรียนรู้ความก้าวหน้าด้านเทคโนโลยี หรือ นวัตกรรมใหม่ๆ.
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการออกแบบกราฟฟิคอย่างน้อย 2 ปี.
• สามารถทำงานและประสานงานร่วมกับสมาชิกในทีมได้.
• มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการออกแบบกราฟฟิคและตีโจทย์คอนเซ็ปของงานออกแบบกราฟฟิค (กรุณาแนบผลงานที่ผ่านมาหรืองานที่แสดงถึงความทันสมัยและสร้างสรรค์).
• สามารถรับงานได้หลายงานและทำให้เสร็จภายในเวลาที่โปรเจคนั้นกำหนดได้.
• สามารถทำงานดึก ล่วงเวลา หรือทำงานต่างจังหวัดได้.
• ค่อนข้างมีความละเอียดในการผลิตงานกราฟฟิค.
• มีสัญชาติไทยและสามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดี.
