• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Information Systems or related disciplines.
• 3 - 6+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital commerce, technology consulting, or solution consulting.
• Experience participating in client-facing solution discussions, working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in software implementation or digital transformation projects.
• Experience with one or more of the following is preferred: Shopify, Shopify Plus, Magento / Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM / CDP platforms, ERP integrations, OMS, WMS, Payment Gateway integrations, APIs, Middleware, Cloud platforms.
• Good understanding of Ecommerce architecture, API integrations, System integrations, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Databases, Web technologies, Digital marketing ecosystem, Customer journeys, Martech stack, Omnichannel commerce.
• Hands-on development experience is not required, but the ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with engineering teams is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written: Thai & English.
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel to client sites.
