- Support execution of marketing initiatives that focus on employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Respond to inquiries on Facebook, Line, and other recruitment channels.
- Assist in initiating and creating content for social media (e.g., team stories, behind-the-scenes features, testimonials).
- Write captions, social posts, and brief descriptions to accompany campaign visuals.
- Monitor post and ad engagement, and report basic performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop attractive visuals and assets.
- Brainstorm creative campaign ideas to showcase Aware s culture and work environment.
- Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations or relevant fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation, employer branding, or social media.
- Strong writing skills in Thai and English (equivalent TOEIC 700).
- Familiarity with Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Line official accounts.
- Friendly and responsive communicator, comfortable with community interaction.
- Creative and curious mindset.
- Experience in recruitment marketing is a plus.
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under agreed-upon service levels.
