• รับผิดชอบการพัฒนาและเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับเครื่องยนต์เรือรุ่นใหม่ ตั้งแต่เการเตรียมการเริ่มต้นจนเข้าสู่การผลิตรวมถึงการทดสอบผลิตภัณฑ์.
• ประสานงาน (SMC) และผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วน (Vendor) เพื่อพัฒนา ติดตาม และทดสอบชิ้นส่วนใหม่ให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน.
• จัดทำและปรับปรุงเอกสารด้านวิศวกรรม เช่น Drawing, ECN, ECR, EMN รวมถึงดูแลข้อมูล Part List ในระบบ BPCS (AS400) ให้สอดคล้องกับ I-BOM และ Update อย่างต่อเนื่อง.
• วางแผนและเตรียมชิ้นส่วนสำหรับการทดลองประกอบและทดสอบในแต่ละขั้นตอน (PP, MPP และ Pilot).
• ดำเนินงานด้าน Localization โดยประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อและ Supplier เพื่อผลักดันกระบวนการจัดหาชิ้นส่วนให้เป็นไปอย่างต่อเนื่องตามเป้าหมาย.
• จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาชิ้นส่วน เช่น QRS, LAR, LP และ KDCR.
• สนับสนุนกิจกรรม VA/VE เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพ ลดต้นทุน (Cost Down) และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต.
• วิเคราะห์ปัญหา ติดตามความคืบหน้าของแต่ละกรวนการทำงาน และนำเสนอแนวทางการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน.
• ปฏิบัติงานตามนโยบายบริษัท และงานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย.
• เพศชาย อายุ 22-35 ปี.
• วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขา วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ หรือสาขาวิศวกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านวิศวกรรมผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ หรือการพัฒนาชิ้นส่วน 1-2 ปี (ยินดีพิจารณานักศึกษาจบใหม่ที่มีพื้นฐานเหมาะสม).
• สามารถอ่านแบบวิศวกรรมเครื่องกลได้.
• ใช้งาน Microsoft Office ได้ดี.
• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน BPCS (AS400), UG/NX, I-BOM จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
• สามารถสื่อสารและประสานงานกับหลายหน่วยงานได้ดี.
• มีทักษะการวางแผน การวิเคราะห์ และการแก้ไขปัญหา.
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้นได้.

• Design (alighment) PCB Panelization based on engineering requirements and customer's specifications.
• Issue PCB specifications document (ECN) including PCB Panelization drawing and engineering details into company's system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support any inquiries related PCB Panelization and specifications was released.
• Optimize PCB Panelization for cost, performance, and manufacturability.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Create CAD library of electronic component supporting Analysis process if requested.
• Provide technical support during the production process.
• Bachelor s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, or any related fields. Welcome, new graduates!.
• Knowledge of electronic components and PCB design.
• Experience using design software such as Altium Designer or similar tools is a plus.
• Proven experience, Thesis or Hobby related to electronics field will be beneficial.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for PCB manufacturing would be more preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
