• Promote and sell real estate projects (condominiums, houses, investment properties) to Japanese-speaking clients.
• Manage relationships with international sales agents and Japanese partners.
• Handle inbound and outbound leads, including online platforms and agent referrals.
• Conduct property presentations, virtual tours, and site visits.
• Support clients throughout the buying process, including reservation, contract, and transfer.
• Coordinate with developers, legal, and transfer teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Translate and communicate project details in Japanese (spoken and written).
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor projects in target markets.
• Prepare sales reports, pipeline tracking, and performance forecasts.
• Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Fluent in Japanese and English (Thai is an advantage).
• Experience in real estate sales, property agency, or international sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of property market and foreign buyer behavior.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
