Responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with all producers, identifying business opportunities to achieve sales targets, developing visitation plans for key brokers to strengthen relationships, and reviewing and monitoring business trends through performance reports.

Responsibilities:

Maintain relationships with all existing producers and identify business opportunities.

Provide suggestions and recommendations for improving work procedures and processes to increase the unit's efficiency.

Plan and implement marketing activities to achieve defined targets.

Conduct regular sales and portfolio analyses to ensure consistent performance and identify areas for improvement when necessary.

Monitor and manage assigned brokers to support sales growth and achieve sales targets.

Promote relationships within relevant industries at both business and personal levels to be recognized as a reliable and valued partner.

Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through internal and external learning opportunities to ensure high-quality work and ongoing professional development.

Ensure that all related activities are implemented according to plan.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field

General Insurance knowledge with sales & marketing skills

Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage.
