• Drive NPD Content Localization and Content Development.
• Lead the localization of Global New Product Development (NPD) marketing assets to ensure relevance and effectiveness in the Thai market.
• Coordinate with external creative and production agencies to adapt and develop localized assets, including videos, POSM, product information materials, e-commerce assets, social media content, and other campaign materials.
• Develop local social media content concepts, creative angles, and consumer-relevant storytelling to support NPD launches and key marketing initiatives.
• Translate product benefits and campaign objectives into engaging social content ideas that drive awareness, engagement, and brand relevance.
• Develop clear content and creative briefs for agencies, outlining campaign objectives, target audience, key product benefits, messaging, and content requirements.
• Evaluate, refine, and provide feedback on agency proposals to ensure content is engaging, locally relevant, and aligned with brand objectives.
• Review and validate translations to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with local market requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Product Line teams to obtain reviews and approvals for localized content and product information.
• Work closely with Web teams to ensure timely publication of approved content and assets on company websites.
• Collaborate with SEO teams to develop, review, and localize product-related articles and marketing content, ensuring timely publication and alignment with campaign objectives.
• Coordinate with EDM teams to provide NPD updates, campaign information, and content assets for customer communications and email marketing activities.
• Liaise with Media teams to ensure campaign assets and social content are delivered according to media requirements and campaign timelines.
• Support End-to-End Activation Plan Execution.
• Coordinate and execute marketing activation plans for product launches and key brand campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Work closely with internal teams, agencies and external partners to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and activities.
• Track campaign timelines and follow up on key deliverables and approvals to ensure timely and flawless execution.
• Ensure campaign assets are delivered and deployed across relevant consumer-facing channels according to campaign timelines.
• Proactively identify and resolve execution issues to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and with high quality.
• Identify and Coordinate KOL Partnerships.
• Identify and recommend KOLs and influencers that align with brand objectives, target audience, and campaign goals.
• Coordinate with agencies and KOLs throughout campaign development and execution.
• Develop and deliver clear campaign briefs, content guidelines, and key messaging to KOLs.
• Review content deliverables to ensure compliance with brand requirements and campaign objectives.
• Monitor timelines and ensure all agreed deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Support Marketing Operations and Financial Processes.
• Work closely with Finance and Accounting teams to support marketing operations and financial administration processes.
• Track accrual submissions and ensure supporting documentation is complete and accurate.
• Coordinate Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) issuance in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with internal financial and procurement processes.
• University Degree, (Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, or related fields).
• 5 years of experience in marketing activation, product launches, content development, and campaign execution.
• Strong creativity and storytelling skills with the ability to develop engaging social content ideas and campaign concepts.
• Good understanding of social media trends, consumer behavior, and digital content best practices.
• Experience briefing and managing creative, media, and KOL agencies, with the ability to collaborate effectively with SEO, EDM, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in content review, localization, and quality control.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
