Experience in the company

Oracle has been going through lot of changes since few years , especially in last 5 years we saw drastic changes in Oracle Business model and shift towards cloud. During those years working with Oracle was definitely a challenge because of constant internal reorgs and huge employee turnover. But again this was really my patience and honed team / people management skills and got to experience Oracle's high-end performance software/hardware with cloud solutions .
