• Maintain and update employee information in various systems (CRM / Bitrix / HR Database / Payroll file).

• Verifying and completing property listing information to ensure we have the best and the most attractive rental and sales properties portfolio in Thailand.
• Managing and updating property listing information on different databases and classified portals ie. DD Property, Hipflat, or Thailand Property to ensure the best representation of properties and best marketing results.
• Handle special tasks as assigned by team lead, coordinating with other departments to solve issues.
• Open to hire fresh graduates with outstanding GPA and work experience in customer service and sales admin.
• At least Bachelor s degree.
• Must have excellent written and spoken Thai and basic English skills.
• High attention to detail, well-organized, coachable, talkative, motivative, adaptive, growth mindset, a sense of urgency, and a drive to get things done.
