• Drive sponsorship and partnership revenue by securing premium brand collaborations.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across ICONSIAM’s assets.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with leading brands and partners.
• Develop persuasive, tailor-made proposals that capture client vision and objectives.
• Negotiate and close high-impact deals, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.
• Collaborate closely with event, marketing, and operations teams to bring co-promotions to life.
• Oversee all sponsorship and co-marketing documentation with precision and professionalism.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s/Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing sponsorship or partnership
• Experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
