At Mellow Tunes, we specialize in composing music scores, designing sound, and creating immersive auditory experiences for TV commercials, internet films, and feature films.

We’re looking for a Junior Sound Producer to support our production team across client coordination, project management, and day-to-day studio operations. This full-time, 1-year contract role suits someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving creative environment.

Qualifications:

• Strong English skills
• 1+ year of management or relevant experience
• Proficient in MacOS
• Motivated to work in a collaborative, mission-driven team
• Able to work proactively and reliably under tight deadlines
• Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams

Responsibilities:

• Schedule, coordinate, and lead client meetings (remote or in-person)
• Manage multiple projects with strong time management
• Support team efforts and accomplish related tasks
• Track media coverage and industry trends
• Flag or escalate service issues as needed
