Operations Planning and Process Improvement Officer
atBank of Ayudhya PCL (Krungsri)Job Description / Responsibilities
· To act as control tower and the 2nd line of defense in Operations Group for self-inspection of Operation checklist items, any preventive action on incident case, KRI action, frequency of reviewing each operational manual and etc.
· To provide advisory for operational workflow and process improvement for Operations Group including advisory for Operation issues and incidents matter whenever there is any concern issued.
· To monitor and control, check and balance for Operations Group in order to ensure that operation departments have adequate control in place.
· To take role and responsibility in PDCA for MTBP and Operation initiatives project of Operations Group or any projects that will be assigned in Operations Group area.
· Act as Compliance Champion for Operations Group by checking the completion of compliance checklist and share information related to law and regulation shared from Compliance Department to related department in Operations.
· To be responsible for all operations reports of Operations updated to Management including reviewing incident case of Operations in the system.
Plan projects, campaigns and/or arrangements for operation process improvement and operations control subjects including coordination and correspondence among Operation Group.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree/master's degree in business administration management/finance/economics
- Knowledge and experience in Banking industry
- Being familiar with MSOffice (Excel, Word, Power Point)
