• การวางแผนและบริหารการเปิดสาขาใหม่ (Pre-Opening & Expansion Execution).
• Strategic Expansion Plan: วางแผนและกำหนดกลยุทธ์การขยายสาขาเชิงรุก ให้สอดคล้องกับทิศทางธุรกิจและเป้าหมายการเติบโตขององค์กร Develop strategic store expansion plans aligned with business growth goals.
• Hands-on Implementation: ลงมือปฏิบัติและคุมเข้มการดำเนินงานหน้าร้านจริงอย่างใกล้ชิด เพื่อแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและสร้างความพร้อมในทุกมิติ Drive hands-on execution and operational setup on-site to ensure smooth rollouts.
• Pre-Opening Timeline Management: จัดทำและควบคุม Pre-Opening Checklist เพื่อให้การเตรียมงานเปิดสาขาใหม่เป็นไปตามแผนงานและกรอบเวลาที่ CSEO กำหนด Develop and execute master pre-opening checklists and store setup timelines under CSEO guidance.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: ประสานงานกับทีมออกแบบ ก่อสร้าง ไอที และซัพพลายเออร์ เพื่อเข้าพื้นที่ ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ ตรวจรับงาน และลงระบบ POS ให้พร้อมใช้งาน Coordinate with design, construction, vendor, and IT teams for store setup and system readiness.
• Store Layout & Operational Flow: ร่วมตรวจสอบพื้นที่และจัดวางระบบงานหน้าร้าน (Operational Flow) ให้เหมาะสมกับการทำงานของพนักงานและการบริการลูกค้า Review store layout and operational workflow to support smooth service execution.
• การบริหารยอดขาย กำไร และต้นทุน (Sales, P&L & Cost Control).
• Sales Forecast and Feasibility: ประเมินความเป็นไปได้ทางธุรกิจ (Feasibility Study) และจัดทำประมาณการยอดขาย เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจลงทุนสาขาใหม่ Perform sales forecasting and feasibility analysis for new store investments.
• Sales & Target Monitoring: ติดตามยอดขายและผลการดำเนินงานของสาขา ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายรายเดือนและรายไตรมาสที่ตกลงไว้.
• Monitor store sales performance against set targets and performance KPIs.
• Cost & Waste Control: ดูแลและควบคุมต้นทุนวัตถุดิบ (Food & Beverage Cost) และของเสียหน้าร้านให้อยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด Control F&B costs, inventory levels, and store wastage within allocated budgets.
• Soft Opening & Launch Readiness: ทดลองระบบการทำงาน (Soft Opening) และแก้ไขข้อผิดพลาดหน้าร้านก่อนวันเปิดจริง เพื่อสร้างยอดขายได้ตามเป้า Oversee trial runs and launch preparation to secure initial store targets.
• การควบคุมมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานและคุณภาพ (Store Operations & SOPs).
• SOP Implementation: กำกับดูแลให้พนักงานปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐาน SOP ทั้งด้านรสชาติเครื่องดื่ม การบริการ ความสะอาด และมาตรฐาน 5ส Ensure store operations comply with company SOPs, hygiene standards, 5S, and service quality.
• Store Inspection & Audits: ลงพื้นที่สุ่มตรวจหน้าร้าน ประเมินมาตรฐานการทำงาน และให้คำแนะนำแก้ไขข้อบกพร่องแก่ทีมงาน Conduct store visits, operational audits, and provide constructive feedback to store staff.
• Customer Service Standards: จัดการข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้าอย่างรวดเร็ว พร้อมนำข้อมูลมาปรับปรุงคุณภาพการบริการให้ดียิ่งขึ้น Handle customer complaints effectively and drive service improvement plans.
• การบริหารทีมงาน การฝึกอบรม และงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย (Team Readiness & Other Tasks).
• Staff Recruitment & Training: ร่วมกับฝ่าย HR ในการวางแผนอัตรากำลัง คัดเลือก และฝึกอบรมพนักงานใหม่ให้พร้อมปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานแบรนด์ Work with HR to recruit and train new store staff on brand, product, and service standards.
• Operational Handover: ส่งมอบการบริหารสาขาใหม่ให้แก่ทีมหน้าร้านประจำอย่างเป็นระบบเมื่อสาขาเข้าสู่ภาวะเสถียรEnsure a smooth operational handover to permanent store management after launch stabilization.
• Special Assignments: สนับสนุนและปฏิบัติงานโครงการพิเศษอื่น ๆ ตามที่ CSEO มอบหมายให้สำเร็จลุล่วง Execute additional projects and tasks assigned by CSEO within target timelines.
