Job Description
Job Summary
- Be responsible for all litigation cases, claims, and in charge of court proceedings for the company and its group businesses.
- Provide expert legal opinions and advice on litigation matters, including breaches of commercial contracts and labor law, for the company and its group businesses.
- Provide legal advice and recommendations related to business operations and litigation.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Research new laws and regulations to advice business units on management strategy.
- Bachelor's or Higher degree in Law
- 5-10 years of experience in litigation, legal procedures, and Fraud Investigations
- Experience in civil/criminal/administrative court proceedings is an advantage.
- Knowledge of business-related laws.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team
- The ability to prioritize work and to work well under pressure
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly the ability to think spontaneously
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
