Meeting Management and Committee Affairs Associate (International)

- Support and coordinate shareholders’ meetings, Board of Directors meetings, Executive Committee meetings, and/or subsidiary company meetings, including preparation and management of related documentation to ensure compliance with applicable laws, company regulations, and securities regulations, as well as submission of reports required by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
- Coordinate with internal and external parties regarding meeting arrangements, preparation of meeting materials, meeting minutes, and resolutions notifications, including administrative tasks such as meeting room reservations, venue setup, director notifications, and attendance confirmations.
- Maintain and organize corporate registration and statutory documents.
- Perform assignments as delegated by supervisors, including routine duties and project-based tasks related to the Corporate Secretary Office for the company and its subsidiaries.
- Support the Company Secretary in carrying out duties in compliance with securities laws and Stock Exchange regulations applicable to the company and/or its subsidiaries.
Job Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in meeting coordination and secretarial work.
- Good command of both Thai and English.
- Knowledge and understanding of laws related to private limited companies, public limited companies, the Civil and Commercial Code, as well as regulations and practices of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), appropriate to the responsibilities of the position.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and highly organized with good problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Eager to learn, quick to adapt, and able to acquire knowledge necessary for assigned responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and understand information disclosure requirements in compliance with laws and regulations.
