atTeleperformanceMinimum requirements:
- Education requirement - Diploma/Degree and above
- Proficiency in English and Thai is required.
- 3 years customer service experience with minimum 2 years training experience
- Minimum 1 year of telemarketing experience
- Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate Training
- Proficient in MS Office (Advance skills in Excel and Powerpoint); e-learning software will be an asset
- Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Critical thinking, analytical and decision making abilities
Job Description
- Design effective training programs
- Prepare training materials
- Conduct training and refreshers
- Support and mentor new employees
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
- Monitor, analyse & train trainees’ performance and call out any unusual trends
