• Develop and articulate compelling, credible key messages and narratives that influence audience decision-making, for strategic content pieces.
• Create and present highly engaging, creative, and authoritative content across all digital platforms (Website, Social Media).

• Lead the development and implementation of new content strategies and video programming initiatives that align with market trends and business goals.
• Analyze content performance data to identify opportunities, drive strategic adjustments, and report on content effectiveness.
• Identify emerging real estate trends and opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations to shape the channel's future direction.
• Team Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing.
• Act as a primary mentor and coach for KOLs, guiding them in research, analysis, scriptwriting, and on-camera presentation skills.
• Provide constructive, actionable feedback to elevate the overall quality and consistency of the team's output.
• Champion a culture of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and the broader organization.
• Quality Assurance & Cross-Functional Collaboration.
• Define, uphold, and elevate the quality standards for all content, reviewing pre-production and post-production materials to ensure excellence.
• Serve as a key liaison, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Analyst team, Sales, Production) to support strategic initiatives and enhance presentation quality.
• Professionally manage and respond to complex or sensitive audience questions and feedback, acting as a key representative of the brand.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, MBA, MRE, BBA, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of proven experience in real estate analysis, content creation, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Deep understanding of the real estate market, digital marketing principles, and content strategies.
• Expert-level skills in researching, gathering, and analyzing real-estate data.
• Exceptional storytelling, creative communication, and on-camera presentation abilities.
• Strong ability to communicate in a way that builds understanding and trust in the information presented (Persuasion & Influence), influencing audience decision-making through credible, data-backed reasoning.
• Excellent ability to conceptualize and create a wide range of interesting and impactful content.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to meet dynamic deadlines.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
