Business Analyst/Project Manager (IT, CRM)

As the Business Analyst, you will work with various project stakeholders from customer's management, customer's project team and end user as well as our internal consulting and technical teams to ensure a successful delivery of project that meet/exceed our customer's expectation. Project Manager will also take a role as Engagement Manager that will be the point of contact for the assigned customers/projects for change requests/enhancements and issue management/escalation to ensure all requests and issues from customers are addressed efficiently both during and after project live. You will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, validating, specifying, verifying, and managing the business needs of the project stakeholders. The Business Analyst must be able to thoroughly understand the objectives of the project and executive sponsors and ensure the work being delivered are driven toward meeting or exceeding these objectives and be measurable.

  • Main responsibilities of Business Analyst or Project Manager include (but not limited to):
  • Project Manager
  • Understand strategic direction: objectives, expected benefits, ensuring project is aligned with
  • the customers' needs.
  • Serve as the project point of contact for the assigned customers/projects.
  • Work with customer and project team to develop and maintain functional requirements and
  • business process documents including: Requirements Documents, Functional Specifications
  • Documents, Requests for Proposal, Statements of Work, Project Plans, Other Project
  • documentation as necessary
  • Responsible for managing assigned projects covering scope, cost, schedule, resources
  • management, communications risk and/or change management
  • Responsible for operation phase of the projects covering issue management, customer
  • feedback and tracking of enhancements when applicable.
  • Actively engage in all stages of software development life cycle to ensure quality of
  • deliverables of each activity.
  • Demonstrates continual improvement in project management skills (such as PMP or PMI
  • certification).
  • Competent in use of project management tools, techniques and methodologies and able to
  • apply project management skills to the projects. And coordinate with project team to ensure
  • the consistent use of project management methodologies, guidelines and procedures.
  • Ensure regular project related effective communication occurs, such as status report, minute
  • of meeting etc. as well as maintenance of project plans.
  • Provide customers, the project team and supervisors with written and verbal
  • communications, including project status reports and presentations.
  • Manages sign-off process and obtains all approvals required for projects under their control.
  • Essential:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering, Business or
  • related fields.
  • to 5 years experiences in IT business analyst or system analyst.
  • Experiences in large complex business and technical environments is a plus.
  • Experiences in "Customer Relationship Management" (CRM) is a big plus.
  • Knowledge of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, specifically requirements
  • gathering and documentation.
  • Proven analytical ability related to analysis of functional business processes.
  • Full life cycle experience with both custom development and packaged application
  • deployment including experience working within a formal development methodology.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
  • Proficiency in English written communications skills.
  • Must be highly organized and detailed oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities based on workload and direction from management
  • or customer in a fast paced environment
  • Desirable:
  • Proficiency in English verbal communication skills is a plus.
  • A thorough understanding of web-based application and development.
  • A thorough understanding of data modeling particular with relational data modeling.
  • An understanding of "Customer Relationship Management" system/application is a big plus.
