• ให้คำแนะนำในการเจรจาต่อรองเงื่อนไขการปรับปรุงหนี้ (NPL / Potential NPL) เพื่อให้ได้ข้อสรุปที่ยอมรับได้จากทุกฝ่ายและรักษาผลประโยชน์สูงสุดของธนาคาร.
• ควบคุมดูแลการจัดทำบันทึกอนุมัติปรับปรุงโครงสร้างหนี้และนำเสนอขออนุมัติต่อคณะกรรมการสินเชื่อ และการตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขของลูกหนี้จนชำระหนี้เสร็จสิ้น.

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการวิเคราะห์สินเชื่อธุรกิจ.
