Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Change Lead to join our Talent & Organization (T&O) team. In this role, you will shape the change vision, define the change acceptance strategy, and lead end-to-end change initiatives that enable our clients to realize their transformation goals. You will serve as a subject matter expert, partnering closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the change vision, acceptance strategy, and roadmap to support large-scale transformation programs.
  • Design and execute change initiatives, including developing the required skills, structures, tools, and support mechanisms to drive organizational readiness and adoption.
  • Provide expert guidance on Change Management and recommended expertise in Change Analytics, Journey Management, and advanced Stakeholder Management.
  • Lead and mentor the change team to ensure high-quality delivery and effective team performance.
  • Engage and collaborate with multiple teams across the organization, contributing to strategic decisions and providing cross-team solutions.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance change adoption and drive business outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and communication activities to build awareness, understanding, and commitment to change.
  • Monitor, measure, and report progress toward the target state, using data-driven insights to assess effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and adaptability within the client organization.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure alignment between change initiatives and overall organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change, Transformation, or related fields.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale change initiatives within complex environments.
  • Strong expertise in Change Management; proficiency in Change Analytics and Journey Management is advantageous.
  • Advanced capability in Stakeholder Management and influencing senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to solve complex problems, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver outcomes across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in consulting environments is preferred.
