- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or related finance roles.
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and variance/scenario analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-finance audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively as both an individual contributor and a team player.
- Growth mindset toward technology and innovation, with the ability to adopt new tools and guide teams through the adoption curve.

- Identify strategic merchant gaps and categories needed to enhance GrabMart's supply coverage and quality to align with vertical growth targets.
- Deliver clear, presentations that persuade merchants to partner with GrabMart.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, with a focus on long-term partnership growth and sustainable profitability for both parties.
- Improve and standardize the onboarding structure and processes to provide a high-quality, efficient, and scalable activation pipeline across diverse merchant categories.
