Responsibilities:
1. Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and efficient workflow.
2. Oversee the setup, execution, and closing of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
3. Train, mentor, and supervise the front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
4. Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
5. Monitor and maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
7. Assist in managing restaurant inventory, including supplies, equipment, and linens.
8. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
9. Maintain accurate records of daily sales, cash handling, and financial transactions.
10. Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.


Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a high-volume, upscale restaurant.
2. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.
4. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail pairing.
5. Proficient in using POS systems and Microsoft Office.
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. Fluency in English and Thai is required.
8. Well-groomed appearance and adherence to the restaurant's dress code.
