Job Description

  • Responsible for overall strategies and implementing Loyalty Program both point earn and burn scheme including point transfer with business partners in order to retain customers and make Loyalty program best in class in retail business.
  • Plan, implement, and measure campaign’s KPI and ROI for all loyalty campaigns in order to retain and winback customers as well as benchmarking with competitors
  • Lead 360-degree end-to-end communication strategy for Loyalty program covers online and offline media, public relations, digital marketing, social media, KOLs/influencers management, event and activation management and internal communication including owned media channels such as instore, brochure, leaflet, LINE, websites, Facebook, mobile application, etc
  • Strong Analytical ability to evaluate end to end campaigns result and able to identify opportunity and recommendation for better campaign results.
  • Managing budget to meet performance goals (KPIs & ROI)


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and create excitement loyalty campaign to increase customer engagement.
  • Manage privilege partners.
  • Working with Merchandising team to offer strong point burn and earn product in each Brochure promotion.
  • Give requirement for develop user interface and system in Mobile application and Line.
  • Ready to take and fast response on special project for strategy and manage within Timeline.
  • Collaboration with internal department.
  • Campaign forecasting and simulation.
  • Campaign analysis and recommendation.

  • Experience in Loyalty Program management in Retail business
