- วิเคราะห์ตัวเลขยอดขายและข้อมูลเชิงกลยุทธ์ได้
Key responsibilities:
Qualification:- ติดตำมแผนการปฏิบัติงานจาก Product Group
- ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์การประมาณการยอดขาย และการกระจายสินค้า
- กำหนดนโยบายการจัดทำสื่อ และกำหนดการใช้สื่อ และตราสินค้ำให้มีความเหมาะสมกับช่องทางการจำหน่าย ทั้งภาพลักษณ์และจำนวนในปริมาณที่เหมาะสมตามเวลาที่กำหนด
- ชี้แจงแนวทำงกำรดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย และการใช้สื่อให้กับฝ่ายขาย เพื่อการนำปรับใช้ได้อย่างถูกต้อง
- วางแผนและวิเคราะห์การกระจายสินค้ำให้ตรงตามช่องทำง ตามที่ Brand/Marketing/Principle กำหนด หากไม่สามำรถขายได้ให้ทำ Exit Plan นำเสนอ พร้อมวางแผนสื่อสาร เพื่อดำเนินการไปยังผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้จากการสำรวจตลาดและคู่แข่งในพื้นที่ เพื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์การจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการตลาด (Below the line) โดยเฉพาะอย่ำงยิ่งการทำ Trade Deal, การบริหาร POSMs เพื่อใช้ในการดำเนินงาน Merchandise
- ติดตามการดำเนินการตามแผนงานของทีม Customer Execution และฝ่ายขายแคชแวน
- รายงานผลการตำเนินงานประจำเดือนให้กับททาง Product Group
- วิเคราะห์รายงานสรุปค่าใช้จ่าย Advertising & Promotion ประจำเดือน
- ติดตาม ประเมินผลและเก็บข้อมูลการใช้สื่อ ออกแบบ จัดทำ และติดตั้งสื่อได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และถูกต้องตามหลักกฎหมาย และสภาพการแข่งขันของคู่แข่งในตลาด
- ปริญญาตรี/โท ด้านการตลาด หรือ ด้านการบริหารและการจัดการ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตลาดและการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงกลยุทธ์ 1 ปี ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ FMCG หรือธุรกิจเครื่องดื่ม
- มีความรู้เรื่อง Below the line โดยเฉพาะ Branding, Space Management, POSMs, Merchandise
- สามารถสื่อสารและมีทักษะในการเจรจำต่อรอง มีความรู้ด้านการขายและการจัดทำโปรโมชั่น
