Sr. Technical Sales Representative (Refrigerants & Electronics)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales and business development in Refrigerants and Electronics product segments.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in assigned industries.
  • Plan and conduct customer visits to introduce new products, provide technical consultation, and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and potential customers.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Technical Support teams to provide solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support new product development and marketing plans.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers on product applications and specifications.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
  • Continuously enhance product, market, and application knowledge to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Recommend process or system improvements to increase overall team performance.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Technical sales related to Refrigerants, HVAC, Electronics, or Chemical materials.

  • Strong understanding of industrial applications, particularly in cooling systems, semiconductors, and electronic component manufacturing.

  • Excellent technical knowledge combined with proven sales and negotiation skills.
  • Team player, proactive, and result-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-minded attitude.
  • Able to work independently under pressure with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive “Can-Do” attitude with initiative to drive business growth.
