Minimice Group กำลังมองหา Senior Sales สายลุย ปิดเองได้ วางเกมเองเป็น มาร่วมสร้างระบบขายตั้งแต่ต้น และเติบโตไปกับบริษัทในระยะยาว หากคุณชอบงานขาย B2B เชิง Consultative และอยากมี Impact กับธุรกิจจริง — ตำแหน่งนี้เหมาะกับคุณ
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
วางแผนและดำเนินการขายบริการของบริษัท (Inbound / Outbound)
วิเคราะห์ความต้องการลูกค้า และนำเสนอ Solution ที่เหมาะสม
เข้าประชุม Pitching / Presentation กับลูกค้าองค์กร
ปิดการขายและบริหาร Pipeline ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
ประสานงานกับทีมภายในเพื่อส่งมอบงานให้ลูกค้าอย่างมีคุณภาพ
ให้ Feedback เพื่อช่วยพัฒนากระบวนการขายและกลยุทธ์ของทีม
คุณสมบัติ
มีประสบการณ์ Sales / Business Development อย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี (B2B จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
มีความรู้ด้าน SEO, Ads, Digital Marketing และสามารถอธิบาย Solution ให้ลูกค้าเข้าใจได้
สามารถ สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (Present / Call / Email กับลูกค้าต่างชาติ)
มีประสบการณ์ปิดดีลด้วยตัวเอง และชอบงานขายเชิงรุก (Hunter mindset)
มีทักษะการนำเสนอ การเจรจา และการขายเชิง Consultative
